By inviting Raze to your Discord guild, executing any Raze slash or prefix command, or accessing any related Raze service, web dashboard, or API (collectively, the “Service”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to every provision in these Terms, you must immediately remove Raze from all Discord servers under your control and cease all interaction with the Service.
Raze is an automated software application providing multipurpose utilities, moderation workflows, antinuke protections, social trackers, role assignments, economy simulations, music streams, ticketing systems, and community management enhancements for Discord communities. The Service operates continuously but is subject to maintenance, updates, cluster rebalancing, and upstream platform changes.
You must satisfy all of the following requirements to access or use the Service:
Manage Server or Administrator permissions in that server. You are solely responsible for all actions executed by Raze within your server as a result of permissions, command access, or role hierarchies granted to the bot. Server administrators must configure antinuke thresholds, whitelists, auto-moderation filters, and permission overrides responsibly.
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:
Security modules (including Antinuke, Antiraid, and Automod) perform automated kicks, bans, role removals, channel locking, and quarantine actions based on configured trigger thresholds. You acknowledge that automated systems operate deterministically and assume full operational responsibility for configuring thresholds appropriate for your server scale.
Paid upgrades (including Elite, Pro, or Server tiers) provide enhanced rate limits, extended autoresponders, and unmetered modules. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Refunds for subscription payments are strictly governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please read the following terms before purchasing:
While we strive for 99.9% uptime across all sharded gateway clusters, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We reserve the right to deploy updates, modify command syntax, or alter module specifications to maintain platform stability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of server data, member attrition, or operational disruptions arising from your use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, all users must follow the Raze Community Guidelines:
