This Privacy Policy explains how Raze (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, stores, processes, and protects information when you use our Discord bot, web application, and associated services. We are committed to transparency and limiting data collection strictly to what is necessary for providing automated bot features.
We collect minimal technical identifiers required for bot operations:
Discord Guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, custom prefixes, antinuke whitelist configurations, autoresponder rules, ticket panel IDs, and embed templates configured by server administrators.
Discord User IDs, server experience points (XP/Level), in-bot currency balances, AFK status messages, reminder timestamp schedules, and custom user prefixes.
Message content is evaluated in temporary memory solely for command parsing and auto-moderation regex evaluation. Chat text is never stored permanently on database discs, with the sole exception of short-lived in-memory caches used by the snipe module (which expire automatically).
Data collected by Raze is used exclusively to:
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data or Discord telemetry with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is processed solely through encrypted cloud infrastructure and Discord's official Gateway API.
Server configurations are retained as long as Raze remains in your Discord guild. If Raze is removed, guild settings are automatically queued for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
Users may request immediate deletion of their personal telemetry (XP, economy stats, reminders) at any time by opening a ticket in our Discord Support Server.
If you have questions, privacy inquiries, or data access requests regarding this policy, please contact us via privacy@raze.bot or visit our Support Center.
Raze offers optional voice input functionality that allows users to interact with supported features through voice commands. We are committed to protecting your privacy and minimizing the collection and retention of voice data.
Voice audio is processed temporarily in memory to recognize and execute voice commands. Raze does not intentionally store raw voice recordings permanently in databases, files, or other persistent storage. Audio data is discarded after processing is complete.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your voice recordings or voice input data by sharing them with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Voice recordings and voice input data processed through Raze's voice input feature are not used by Raze to train AI models.
Voice input is optional. Users can choose whether to enable or use this feature and may opt out at any time. Users are not required to use voice input or provide audio data to access features that do not require it.
We do not sell voice data to third parties or authorize its use for AI model training through Raze. If external providers are involved in voice recognition or processing, their processing and retention practices may also apply. We aim to minimize data retention and use appropriate technical measures to protect voice data during processing.
Raze offers an optional Instagram-to-Discord notification feature. If you choose to connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, we collect and store the following, only with your explicit authorization via Instagram's official login flow:
